Mama’s House Fifth Annual Fundraising Luncheon
The fifth annual fundraising luncheon for Mama’s House will be Saturday, Jan. 20, 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa, 44-400 Indian Wells Lane. Keynote speaker will be Lt. Col. Allen West (Ret.), and the event will be emceed by Megan Alexander. Lt. Col West is an advocate of conservative values and is the third of four generations of military servicemen. During his 22 years in the U.S. Army, he was distinguished by numerous commendations and honors for valor. He was later inspired to seek public office and in 2010 began serving Florida in the U.S. House of Representatives. Actress, host and national news correspondent on the TV show Inside Edition, Megan Alexander is known for her faith and commitment to values, recognizing that the entertainment industry can be a difficult place to stay strong in one’s beliefs and marriage.
